Return, Refunds & Warranty Policy
[1] Returns
AURGA offers return and exchanges under the terms and conditions set forth below:

Damaged in Shipment
If you receive your product and it has been damaged during shipment, please email us at supports@aurga.com within 2 business days of receiving the shipment. Include a description of the damages and include pictures if possible. This information is extremely helpful to us in making sure that our products are packaged and shipped properly. We will arrange for the damaged products to be replaced.

Exchanges
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for reason, we accept returns for exchanges or we issue you a store credit. When returning, items must meet the conditions stated in paragraph [Important conditions for return] below. Please ensure that exchanges are made within 15 days after delivery; AURGA do not reimburse the cost of return postage and customs tax.

Important conditions for return
The product returned shall be inspected on its receipt. Please ensure that the following conditions are fulfilled before returning the product:

The product is undamaged;

You shall inform about the return of the product to us within a period of 15 business days;

The return package shall include everything that arrived with the package when you made the purchase, including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies & accessories, invoices/warrantee cards and other documentation.

You agree and acknowledge that AURGA reserves the right to determine whether or not product is in saleable condition. Items considered unsellable will be discarded. AURGA will not issue a Store Credit or Exchange these item(s).

Refunds
We will send you an email after your return has been received and examined to advise you that we have received your returned item. If the returned product is undamaged, we will refund you within 5 working days..

THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM STATE TO STATE, PROVINCE, OR COUNTRY.
OTHER THAN AS PERMITTED BY LAW, AURGA DOES NOT EXCLUDE, LIMIT OR SUSPEND OTHER RIGHTS YOU HAVE, INCLUDING THOSE THAT MAY ARISE FROM THE NONCONFORMITY OF A SALES CONTRACT. FOR A FULL UNDERSTANDING OF YOUR RIGHTS, YOU SHOULD CONSULT THE LAWS OF YOUR STATE, PROVINCE, OR COUNTRY.
As indicated above, the benefits to the consumer given by this AURGA warranty do not exclude any other rights and remedies of the consumer under any law in relation to the goods and services to which the warranty relates. This warranty applies to any AURGA viewer products you have purchased from an authorized AURGA reseller or directly through www.aurga.com.

Our policy is to offer product warranties and to perform services only on products purchased directly from AURGA, or from an authorized AURGA reseller and only accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. If you purchase an AURGA product from an unauthorized reseller or if the original factory serial number has been removed, defaced or altered, this AURGA warranty will not be valid.

Unfortunately, there are some websites and dealers who claim to be authorized AURGA resellers but are not. Products sold on these websites or from these dealers do not carry a warranty from AURGA. When you purchase products from an unauthorized website or dealer, you are taking a risk because these products may be counterfeit, used, defective, or may not be designed for use in your country. Please protect yourself and your AURGA product by ensuring that you only purchase AURGA products from an authorized reseller. If you have any questions about authorized resellers, please visit our website.

When used ordinarily for their intended purposes, AURGA warranties its products enclosed in their original packaging against faults in material and workmanship.

All AURGA VIEWER limited warranties begin on the date of purchase. PLEASE RETAIN A COPY OF YOUR RECEIPT AS PROOF OF PURCHASE. The length of the AURGA VIEWER limited hardware warranty is generally 6 month(s) from the date of purchase but may vary depending upon the AURGA product purchased.

All AURGA warranties (as opposed to statutory guarantees or non-excludable statutory warranties), including any implied warranties, are valid only for the period of time the AURGA VIEWER product is owned by the “original purchaser” of the product. The “original purchaser,” for the purposes of this warranty, is the first purchaser of the product from AURGA or an AURGA authorized reseller. All AURGA limited warranties, including lifetime warranties, are not transferable.

The warranty only applies to typical use situations and does not cover: theft, accidents, mistreatment, abuse, water damage, or using AURGA Viewer outside of its specified weather conditions.
TO THE EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, THIS WARRANTY AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE YOUR EXCLUSIVE WARRANTIES AND REPLACE ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
